Cotton clouds and a sundance…

Clouds in the valley below...
The sun was hidden behind big fluffs of cotton clouds, but it was there this morning. I love days like this…especially in the middle of “rainy season”. It had been a somewhat sleepless night, but each time I awoke, I prayed for my new little grandson…for I knew it was tomorrow already in Ethiopia. Unfortunately, it will be a week before we know the outcome, but I pray he’s safe and well and will soon be home.
I remind myself that Thanksgiving is next week and Christmas is literally around the corner. Usually, by now, I’m almost finished with shopping and mailing. I haven’t even started yet. What a perfect day to be out and about with sun shining. So, I think that’s exactly what I’ll do – go shopping for Christmas presents – right after I do a little sundance…

Aahhh....there you are, sunshine!

What positively beautiful scenery! Hope you got lots of Christmas shopping done. Sure looks like you had a gorgeous day to be out and about.
Ohhhhh spectacular! You live in a very beautiful and inspiring part of the US. You must be way up in altitude? My sister now lives in Seattle somewhere ( I forgot where she said ) but unfortunately she doesn’t have the love for digital camera’s that I have, otherwise I would hope to have pictures from her, but no……
Hope your having a wonderful day with that view!
